Bound by Blood

## Description

Raven Blackwood has spent centuries searching for answers about her past-and for the vampire who has haunted the edges of her life.

When she finally finds Adrian Vale, she doesn't introduce herself.

She hunts him.

She chases him into the darkness, springs her carefully prepared trap, drugs him, chains him up, and kidnaps him.

Adrian has survived hunters, witches, monsters, and centuries of enemies, but nothing has prepared him for Raven. She knows far too much about him, refuses to fear him, and has secrets powerful enough to shake the supernatural world.

But Raven has secrets of her own.

As forgotten memories begin to return and ancient enemies emerge from the shadows, Raven discovers that her connection to Adrian runs far deeper than either of them imagined. Hidden within her blood is a power that vampires have feared for thousands of years-a power tied to Alaric, the first vampire, and to a doorway between the living and the dead.

Soon Raven is caught between vampires, hunters, lost family, forbidden bloodlines, and an ancient evil determined to claim her as its heir.

She began her journey by kidnapping a vampire.

Now she may be the only person capable of saving him-and stopping something far worse from escaping the darkness.

Some are made.
And some hunt the monsters back.**
