Phenyo Dragonsong was born into a wealthy family and grew up with dragons. He adores dragons and was into writing songs until he recently got into writing stories, and his best friend Wurora encouraged him to write stories. However, he came across a cat that was playful and bit him, and now he has gained cat abilities. He came across cat shifters who offer to teach him to control his powers.
