"So close" she thought as she swam towards a small boat, "im almost there" she said aloud. As if saying the words out loud would help her, for her they did. It gave her strength, she swam harder and faster untill she finally reached the small wooden boat. On the boat a group awaits for her, "cassi" one of the guys said excitingly "we didnt think you'd make it, thought we'd have to fish you out" he gave her a chuckle. The other boys laughed aswell "yeah well, i didnt want to become a popsicle, ya know?" he laughed even louder "none of us wanted to" their faces went cold. "Anyways, lets get you out of that water, welcome to the crew" the boys cheered. They pulled her out of the water, with a warm blanket they wrapped her, few gave her pats on the back.
