In this world, the dead come back to life every time water touches them.
For example, whenever it rains, the graveyard awakens.
Leo was born into that world. It was completely normal for everyone. They had a system on how to deal. Some people treat the reanimated as non-beings, others strike up a friendship.
Leo befriends a dead girl named Amy.
