At 300 km/h, the hardest thing isn't driving, It's breathing.

After a brutal transfer from Red Bull to VCARB, Liam Lawson is under immense pressure to prove he belongs at the pinnacle of motorsport, to the media, he is cold, composed, and unfazed, but behind closed doors, his body is reaching its limit, plagued by silent panic attacks, insomnia, and a skyrocketing heart rate before every qualifying session.

Fearing he'll be labeled weak in the ruthless Red Bull driver program, Liam refuses traditional therapy, desperate for a solution, VCARB management steps in on the recommendation of Linda, one of their trusted team members, they hire Rosalie Taylor, a brilliant specialist in somatic therapy and nervous system regulation.

For Liam, Rose is nothing more than an unwanted intrusion into his private life, another constraint forced upon him by the team.
For Rose, Liam is the most stubborn, closed off client she has ever encountered, determined to push her away at every turn.

From late night flights to Monaco, quiet retreats in New Zealand, and high stress paddocks around the globe, Rose must teach Liam how to regain control of his body before it ruins his career, but in the quiet stillness of hotel rooms at 2 AM, as the artificial walls come down, they both realize that the hardest thing isn't managing the pulse... it's stopping their hearts from falling.
