The Unremembered

After her mother's death, Aven returns to the house she grew up in - a place she has spent years trying to forget.

Among her mother's belongings, she finds a strange set of instructions concerning a room Aven has no memory of ever seeing. She is told not to open its door until after the funeral.

When she finally does, Aven discovers that the room is not quite what it seems.

Beyond it lies a hidden world existing alongside her own: a place of unfamiliar streets, strange customs and people who seem to know far more about Aven's family than she does.

As Aven begins to explore this impossible world, fragments of her mother's past begin to surface. The deeper she goes, the more she realizes that her childhood may not have been quite as ordinary as she remembers - and that her mother spent a lifetime keeping something from her.

Some secrets are buried because they are dangerous.

Others are buried because, once uncovered, they change everything you thought you knew about yourself.
