Quinn is a cold, intimidating art major who has always kept to himself. He dislikes happiness, laughter, and people in general, making him someone most students are afraid to approach. Milo is his complete opposite-social, energetic, cheerful, and always surrounded by friends. Quinn finds Milo incredibly annoying, especially because Milo seems to carry an endless amount of joy that Quinn can't understand. Yet despite himself, Quinn's attention keeps drifting toward him. Eventually, Quinn realizes that Milo has become his favorite subject to draw, and that realization scares him. One night, after a huge birthday party, Milo returns to campus completely drunk, without his keys or a working phone. Quinn finds him struggling outside his dorm and reluctantly lets him inside. While Milo is vulnerable and helpless, Quinn feels something unfamiliar stirring inside him-something he knows he shouldn't be feeling. Milo eventually passes out, and the next morning, he wakes up in an unfamiliar bed to find Quinn sitting across from him, staring intensely. Quinn knows he should stay away from Milo... but something about him has already become impossible to ignore.

Fourteen years ago, the Vitale family lost everything when a fire took their mother and their baby sister, Isabella. Or at least, that's what they were told. While her six brothers grew up believing she was dead, Isabella survived, only to be left in an orphanage with no memories of her family and nothing but a mysterious necklace around her neck. The orphanage was a traumatic place for her, what would her brothers think when they find out all the things she has went through in there. She was only fourteen years old. She has no idea that the family she has spent her entire life wishing for is still out there, and when that necklace is finally recognized, six brothers are forced to question everything they've ever believed. Isabella was never dead. She was simply lost. And finding her might uncover secrets that were meant to stay buried. ...
