Before I Name It: The Art of Observation is a collection of thoughts, observations, questions, and philosophies born from everyday life. It is not a book that claims to have all the answers. It is a record of a mind that keeps noticing, questioning, reflecting, and sometimes changing its own perspective.

From religion and belief to human behaviour, morality, creativity, identity, disagreement, and the strange contradictions of being human, these pages explore one simple idea:

Observe the world without labels. And when the observation turns inward, observe yourself with the same honesty.

Because perhaps understanding does not always begin with knowing.

Perhaps it begins with looking.
