Mazie Presley has spent her entire life living under a name that comes with a history of its own.
As the granddaughter of Elvis Presley and a member of Panic! at the Disco, she's already used to the attention, expectations, and rumors that follow her everywhere. Luckily, she has her bandmates, especially Brendon Urie, who is practically her best friend and one of the few people who truly understands her.
When Panic! at the Disco and My Chemical Romance become close friends, their worlds begin to overlap more and more.
There's just one problem.
Mazie and Gerard Way absolutely cannot stand each other.
From the moment they meet, the two clash over practically everything. Their personalities couldn't be more different, and neither is willing to admit when they're wrong. Every rehearsal becomes an argument. Every conversation turns into a competition. Even their friends have stopped trying to figure out why they dislike each other so much.
But as their lives become increasingly intertwined, the past begins catching up with them.
Old memories, family expectations, music, fame, and choices they thought were already behind them start changing everything they thought they knew.
