Cassidy Sutton was seventeen years old when the world ended.

Raised between a high rise apartment in the heart of Atlanta and her grandparents' farm beyond the city, Cassidy had never known what it meant to go without.

With two successful parents one living across the country and the other rarely home. she had learned what it meant to be alone. She just never imagined she'd have to become good at it.

When Atlanta fell and the streets below her apartment became unrecognisable, Cassidy was left with nowhere to go and no one coming to find her.
