The Myth

Hundreds of years ago, Mythical beings roamed the earth, at peace with humans. One day, sightings stopped coming back from those who sought them. No one knew exactly why. Some say they're hiding, some say they're extinct, others say they never existed at all.

There is one legend, however, of a mythical being. One that is said to protect the one who finds her first. She was sought out because if she protected you, she'd protect your village. But everyone who went to find her never returned alive.

Years later, a boy was born. He was rejected by his village. He was hated. His name is Naruto Uzumaki, he's currently 6 years old. He's... unusual. He has never understood why people fear or hate him.

One day, he wanders off into the forest, away from his village named Konohagakure, and he walks much farther than intended.

But something is watching him.
