You are my Exception

Miguel Reyes never believed in love.

To him, love was nothing but a temporary feeling-something people eventually outgrow, while promises were just words waiting to be broken.

Jino Mercado, on the other hand, never really thought about love at all. He was too busy with his family, friends, and studies to care about it.

They were different in almost every way.

One was cold and distant. The other was warm and impossible to ignore.

They weren't supposed to become close. They weren't supposed to matter to each other.

But somehow, between unexpected conversations, endless teasing, quiet moments, and the little things neither of them paid much attention to, something slowly changed.

Something neither of them knew how to explain.

Maybe some people come into our lives by coincidence.

Maybe some are meant to stay.

And maybe, sometimes, the person you least expect becomes the one person who changes everything you thought you knew about love.

Because for Miguel Reyes, there was only one person who could make him question everything he once believed in.

Jino Mercado.

His exception.
