"Are preachers supposed to smoke?" Jungkook asked in a soft, angelic voice, his gaze fixed on Jeongukk.

The preacher stood beneath the church's flickering porch light, a cigarette glowing between his fingers like a tiny ember of rebellion.

Jeongukk exhaled slowly, smoke curling around his face like a halo turned upside down.

"Are preachers supposed to think about fucking a cute little boy?" he murmured in a deep, raspy voice, eyes sweeping over Jungkook with a knowing smirk. "Because I do. Every time you stand in front of me."

Jungkook's breath caught, his heart fluttering with something he couldn't name - curiosity, fear, fascination. Maybe all three.

He had moved to this strict, devout little town only months ago with his adoptive parents, who insisted church would "straighten him out" and "fix his habits."
