And my suffering has led me to writing this
It'll help you but ONLY if you follow it.
Because as they say.
You can bring the horse to the water but you can't make it drink.
Or something like that.
Basically I can write this.
You read but that's it.
I can't MAKE and defo won't make you do anything.
You have to make yourself do something.
