Mykolaiv

A poetic history of Mykolaiv, tracing the city from its founding in the late 18th century to the present day. Through different eras, historical figures, shipyards, wars, streets, and ordinary lives, the book portrays Mykolaiv as a living character shaped by the sea, industry, loss, and memory.

Part poetry collection, part historical chronicle, it is essentially a biography of a city written in verse.
