In this aged-up Nevermore AU, Enid Sinclair has discovered that there is apparently a limit to how much cheerful commentary Wednesday Addams can tolerate while attempting to read. Naturally, Enid considers that limit a challenge.
Wednesday's solution is characteristically practical: rope, a gag, and the promise of a few uninterrupted chapters.
Unfortunately for Wednesday, removing Enid's ability to speak clearly does absolutely nothing to remove Enid's desire to speak.
Eventually, Wednesday realizes there may be one considerably more effective way to keep her girlfriend content: cuddling her while she reads.
