"All I want is you. Your touch, your smile, that's all I need."

Nathan and Gabriel are tired of the ongoing war between the the Alliance and Soul O'Brien. They are tired of the constant conflict between the White and the Black Witches. And Nathan definitely doesn't want to be the centre of the war. Therefore, Nathan and Gabriel decides to run away. They run away from the war and leave everyone they know behind them. This seems like the perfect solution. But will the paradise they have created really last? Or will the war eventually catch up to them?

This Gabriel fanfiction is based on the Half Bad series by Sally Green. I have not created any of the characters in the story. If you haven't yet read Half Wild, there might be some spoilers in the story. For the best experience, I advise you to read the Half Bad series prior to reading this fanfic.

A Maybank and A Cameron? It's almost like a modern Romeo and Juliet. It's forbidden for them to be together. Could be the end of the world. The stolen glances, the hidden feelings, the unspoken words, the secret meetings and the obvious hatred towards each other followed by constant conflicts and some hidden past that threatened them but there are always invisible strings tied and pulling them together no matter how hard the tides trying to pull and part them away from each other.
