Tony's plate is overfull, he wants to help Harley with his problem but is pulled away for Avengers meetings more often than not.
Unfortunately, Harley ends up finding himself in the middle of everything, and Spider-man inadvertently being his knight and shining armour, is always right at there with him. It doesn't make things easier that Harley is pretty sure Spidey is flirting with him, of all things.
