Crown of Thunder

Crown of Thunder

They were never supposed to meet.

The legendary heroes of old - Thor, Zeus, Ra, Mars - were never gods. Just mortals whose power nearly tore the world apart. Their bloodlines were meant to die with them. Feared. Hunted. Erased.

Percy Jackson was seven when the Hunters came for his village to make sure the storm in his blood never woke. He survived. His family didn't. For six years he's moved alone between kingdoms, controlling a power he refuses to let control him, hunting the people responsible.

General Reyna Ramírez-Arellano doesn't let anyone past her walls - not rivals, not ambition, and definitely not the unnervingly composed stranger who drops into the middle of her convoy's worst night wielding lightning like it's an extension of his own hand.

She should hand him over to Rome.

Instead, she brings him in herself.

As a fractured Greek civil war threatens to consume all four kingdoms, Percy and Reyna find their fates tangled together - one running from his past, the other guarding against a future she never let herself want.

Some storms can't be outrun.

Crown of Thunder - a slow-burn Percy Jackson fantasy AU. No gods. Just power, war, and the people caught between them.
