When strange rifts begin appearing in the Philippines, terrifying creatures emerge from the unknown, and an organization known as the ARCF is created to study and contain them.
Then they find Aevren.
He isn't like the creatures they have encountered before.
He watches.
He observes.

Kept inside the facility under constant observation, Aevren slowly begins to learn about the world around him and about the people who have chosen to study him.
But the deeper ARCF looks into the rifts, the more questions arise.
