Hotaru Hiroshi is a true mystery. No one knows who her family was. Not even her. She was abandoned ever since birth. The only one to take care of her is also a mystery. But she also left her at the age of 11. Still, Hotaru was never sad, she had her two best friends. And that was all she needed. Nothing will go wrong. That's what she thought. One fateful night can change everything. Including herself.

Over the years izuku learn how to defend himself in private, read comics from before quirks were around and learning about heroes quirks. One day, while izuku is running away from his tormentors, he runs into the forest to lose them. After he does he realizes he's lost and then he sees a meteor coming towards him. After it crashes izuku feels like it's calling to him, he goes near it and almost in an instant he feels a sudden surge of power and strength he never felt before. Now with these new abilities he will become the next number one hero and symbol of hope.
