Dave was a content father/husband guy until his ruler confiscated his home, banished him from his family, and crumbled his life. Then he turned into a blood thirsty psycho who was determined to destroy other families, after the whole population of Panem refused to stand with him in his time of need, he was the creator of... the Hunger Games.
Steve was a solitary, broke and depressed. Excluded from society, years he roamed the woods, oblivious of the changes occurring in the Capitol, disconnected from the real world. Finally he ventures into District 13, only to find a war raging between The Districts and The Capitol. After discovering what had happened, Steve wanted to be a part of it, so tagged along with The Capitol Peacekeepers climbing his way to Head Peacekeeper.
