Sun over Santa Carla

When Amy moves to Santa Carla with her mother, Lucy, and her brothers, Michael and Sam, she expects little more than sun, sand, and a fresh start. Instead, she discovers that the seaside town belongs to the night and to a group of vampires who are far friendlier than the stories suggest.
As Amy grows closer to the mysterious Dwayne, sneaking out becomes harder, secrets begin piling up, and keeping the truth from her worried family proves nearly impossible. But in Santa Carla, friendship can be found in unexpected places, love does not always have a heartbeat, and even creatures of the night deserve to feel the sun.
