At certain points in her life, Sloane de Rosa has been able to close her eyes and see into someone else's. Most of the time, these so-called "soul connections" have been with complete strangers, almost so she thought that she had imagined it. But then she had one that jolted her awake, made her know she wasn't making it up. This one was about a little boy, one with black hair and blue eyes. She felt something deep down that told her that this child was very important. She just has to figure out why.

Artemis and his big family just moved into the house on the grounds where Dawn used to live. Dawn needs to find out why this Artemis boy can see her.
