I've tried to release this pain in so many different ways; But writing about you seems to be one of my faves. I don't understand how I find closure When I know it only lasts until the poem is over. Somehow it feels like some sort of imaginary relief to my reality. As if, the pain I feel only exists until the words are free. "Come on nearly you can do this, we can do this, together." Doing the unforgivable is hard to do sometimes, but other times it's for a good reason. The cost never matters when you know that your doing it for someone or something that you love and would died for. Fighting for what was right was always hard for those who were born and raised in the shadows, but they learn. They have to find that one something or someone that they are willingly going to die for, fight for. If you have someone you love to the edge of the world and would do this for them, make sure you give them your all. I've learned that from my one and only and this is something you can't read in any book you either have to find this out for yourself or through experience.Complete

Time Can't Heal This
I've always hated the saying "Time heals all wounds." Maybe in most cases that may be true. In my experience with life and pain however, time has only ever bled out the wound. The scars that the wounds left behind though, are often so deep that just looking at them becomes painful to the mind. Time only heals what you let go of. Sometimes letting go and moving on just doesn't feel possible; no matter how much time you let pass you by. These poems signify what time hasn't healed for me.Complete
