Mugman in... Inkwell Silences, Planet Echoes

After defeating the Devil and freeing every single resident from the Devil's debt, Mugman chases Cuphead around the Inkwell Isles, playing around in a game of tag, but that all changed when Elder Kettle calls both of the brothers for dinner, to which, Mugman ended up finding a strange red glow in Isle 1, while running to the cottage. Curiosity getting the better of him, he decided to check it out with Cuphead following behind him. It ended up being some sort of strange red portal that was glowing. But as soon as Mugman got too close, he was teleported with his brother trying to go with him, but the portal ended up closing as soon as Cuphead got too close. Mugman now ends up in another world that was unfamiliar to him called Avalice, however the consequences of entering that portal meant that Mugman couldn't speak...meaning he couldn't communicate with others on where he is...How will our adventurous mug get out of the sticky situation that he is in right now? Maybe he can find someone who can give him a helping hand!
This is an crossover au with Cuphead and Freedom Planet, mostly Freedom Planet 2, with the main focus being Mugman instead of Cuphead (Why? Mostly because Mugman doesn't get his time to shine that much unlike Cuphead). This is my first ever fanfic I ever did, so apologies if there are some mess ups here and there and if the character's personalities aren't too accurate. This is also a headcanon where Mugman can talk in his world, but can't talk in Avalice, because his world and Avalice are different, as Inkwell Isle focuses on the cartoon world, while Avalice focuses on the real world. Hopefully you enjoy my first ever story! ^.^ (P.S: The story in Avalice starts at around the battlesphere, since writing the beginning would be a bit challenging for me so starting at the battlesphere feels more fitting since Mugman is used with arenas as he sees them as boss phases.)
