It has been a quiet year since Freddy, Chica, Bonnie, and Foxy discovered the truth of the powers they possess. Through that year, they have hidden from Jonathan and his expanding army of animatronic animals. But they are afraid of the outcome of their powers falling into the wrong hands.

Everyone is scared. Jonathan has destroyed cities in search of Freddy, Chica, Foxy, and Bonnie and the spirits they each possess. They face an impossible dilemma; to let millions of innocent lives be lost, or to give over the power they have.

In the final installment of the That Time In 1987 trilogy, the four friends must have the courage, strength, and wits to fight against the trials that await them. Loss, love, destruction, and peace.
