Owned by debt

**He came to collect a debt that wasn't mine.**

My father disappeared owing two hundred thousand dollars to the wrong man.

I thought that meant the debt would disappear with him.

I was wrong.

Because one night, Kyle Martinez showed up at my apartment door.
