Oak the Giant King : Origins

Oak was born into a world where giants rule the wild lands, humans live beneath their shadow, and every favor has a price.

He is a Thine-a people known for stealing, smuggling, and taking contracts no one else wants.

But Oak is different.

Not big like the other Thines.
Not small like a human.
And certainly not as strong as his brothers.

While his brothers learn to fight, steal, drink, and spend their earnings, Oak is left carrying the bags.

So he watches.

He studies maps.
He asks questions.
He listens to the people his family steals from.

And slowly, he begins to realize something his father never taught him:

Every theft has a reason.

Every contract has a story.

And every giant world is more complicated than it first appears.

From the Forge communities buried in the mountains, to the Agrion lands where farmers, investigators, merchants, and guilds protect their own interests, Oak will travel through a world built on trade, grudges, secrets, and necessity.

His father, Tazar, is one of the most wanted Thines alive.

Oak intends to become good enough to work beside him.

But the more contracts Oak takes, the more he learns.

And the more he learns, the harder it becomes to see the world the way his father does.

This is the story of how Oak became Oak.

Before the contracts of his own.

Before the legends.

Before the crown.

**This is his beginning.**
