Years after the Uprising; years after her death, Tobias Eaton finds himself in District 12- a new civilization unlike any before. Nothing like the Five Factions of Chicago- just the polar opposite.
Portions still left in ashes and shambles, Tobias unites with Katniss Everdeen and her family after an unruly encounter, as he is threatened with death and punishment for being an unregistered civilian. Together, Katniss, Peeta and Tobias join forces in search of a new land, a fresh start, just to be rudely awakened by outside forces.
