The PCAA is an elite academy, the name stands for Power Control Ability Academy. It is an academy in which students who posses special abilities are turned in by scouts sent by the government to be taught in how to use this abilities and how to control them, furthermore the students that attend this academy have a special role in the country security, as the academy itself works as an organisation which operates like the CIA, it is established that the greater your power and your capability of controlling it and using it is, the better you will be treated by the academy staff, however, the better your ability is, the more dangerous the missions are. Having said all that, can someone explain to me , how ME, Charlotte parson, the most boring girl in this school was recently recruited by special agents of the government to attend this academy? Or, why am I being scanned by some weird-looking machines? Or better yet, why, during all of this transaction, was there a man looking intently at me?
