"You should read this one." he said. I dropped my book out of impulse and quickly crouched to pick it up. I look up and see a tall man figure towering over me. He offered his helping hand out which sparked me to pull myself up even quicker. "I'm really sorry, I didn't mean to scare you" he said in a soft voice. "It's okay. Chill." I retorted. He was holding out a faded copy of "Of Mice and Men". I took a good look at it and took it out of his hands. I flipped through the yellow stained pages and firmly put it back into his hands. "I'm good. Thanks for the offer." I said as I smirked and turned the other direction. This is how it all started.All Rights Reserved
