What begins with a seemingly unfortunate car crash for one particular girl, turns into a full blown terrorist attack. Her father who worked for the goverment has been funding a certain group of elite scientists for decades who stole money from poor countries to conduct experiments on children. The purpose was to create a version of the human race who would be able to sustain extreme changes in the climate, but not without dangerous side affects. This is her account of not only bringing murderers to justice, but also her father.
