Assassin's Creed
"My master told a best friend of mine that a woman had only two avenues in her life - the convent or matrimony. There was only one certain path for me - perpetual servitude." In turbulent mid-19th century Argentina, Renata has started on her quest to obtain her long-awaited freedom. But as she tumbles into Buenos Aires in the midst of an overbearing dictatorship, she discovers it would take more than guts to succeed. Renata encounters two opportunities - employment in one of the most prominent Irish-Argentine noble families and membership in the Brotherhood - each one challenging her perspectives of love, loss, and her personal definition of what it means to be truly free. This is my debut fanfiction. Other than it taking place in the AC universe, the content is 100% original.

Some say that everyone's fate is already determined. If that's the case, Estelle Marzena is greatly disappointed with hers. Her greatest dream is to participate in the Illyrian Blood Rite and become a Carynthian warrior, like so many in her family. She has been training for the Rite her entire life, and yet, she continues to be told that she isn't ready. Estelle must find a way to prove her skills to her mentors so that she can prove her skills to the world, and she might have unwittingly stumbled across a way to do that. Being the bastard son of the High Lord of Dawn isn't something Mikael Anik takes lightly. Despite his parents' love and acceptance, Mikael continued to feel the pressure and unease of his people. His birth parents never married and he is a Peregryn halfbreed, the likes of which had never become a High Lord before. Mikael is devoted to proving himself to both his fathers and his people, but can he do that and deal with a surprisingly irritating Shadowsinger at the same time?
