Of course, who wouldn’t abuse an ability to make time pause and have you be the only person aware and moving? Glitches in the system seem to be happening more frequently, and as Miles tampers with the power more and more, it all falls apart.
He can’t seem to get rid of that pressure in his chest, or that god awful headache, and time seems to be permanently paused. Looking for answers, he sets out on a quest. What for? Well, he doesn’t quite know that himself.

I am a reader of crime novels and hard science fiction almost exclusively, and yet this story, which I have been writing for a long time, is a love story, I can't explain it even to myself. The characters will have to work through hardship and evolve to be able to surrender to the magical things around them and the flow of the universe and the love of other people.
