This story is a story I had been thinking of writing for a long time now.
It is based on a group of friends that I have. When we first started hanging out we for some odd reason decided to pick a Seven Deadly Sin. Based on who got who we had similar personalities that we thought were close to our sins.
I asked what each of their favorite powers were and that is how the characters were created.
