its 2019. everything seems to be okay with the six friends. that is until gerard talks them into being killjoys. the killjoy population isnt that high yet. of course, that is until mikey decides its time to go back to normal life.
the world is destroyed, thanks to the natrual war caused by bl/ind.
BL/ind is an organization that is trying ti control everyone with a pill that makes them incapable of feeling anything but joy. their world is litteraly black and white
anyone who isnt being controled by bl/ind are known as the killjoys.

Okay, so Gerard wasn't exactly ecstatic about where they had ended up. Sure, it was Frank, his best friend's birthday, it was Halloween, and they even had a day of vacation from touring.
