Nymphs  , as said are  beautiful   and  spirits of nature , that dwells in  mountains , streams , fountains , meadows  , seas , etc.  But  aren't spirits dangerous  and scary ?  is it necessary that beauty  holds a beautified  heart or  it  hold sanity  , I don't think so  . Mostly we know the danger zone and we keep ourselves away from it , but some are unknown and mystery  attracts and curiosity kills the attracted cat  !  true ...............................

and  what  about mermaids  , myths say  they have attractive  voice that attracted pirates ,  and they were  too   beautiful to considered as a human  . they  even say that  they feed on human flesh  

In both creatures what I  found similar is  their mysteriousness mingled  with the  trauma of  beauty and  that  they are  creatures  of beauty !

A Mermaid for the Lonely by jessisme123

A mermaid named Sirène, whose job as a mermaid is to guide those who have died at sea to rest their souls and not be trapped. She typically finds sailors whose ships have sunk, and pirates and convoys alike. Her personality is one of seriousness, and she does not express herself by facial expressions very often. She does sung lovely tunes though, ones of the sea and winds, not ones meant to lure anyone to their doom. She seldom spends time with other merfolk and prefers to be on her own. She is however very curious of the various emotions humans possess and their intensity, since she does not feel these. One day, while Sirène was staying near Pointe de Pen Hir, a dangerous cliffside that plunges right into the ocean. Looking upwards by chance, she saw a human, a man, standing dangerously near the edge of the rocks. The wind blew harshly and she could only watch and wait as he toppled over the edge and feel towards the ocean. She saw no fight in him as he fell. ________________________________________________________________ This is a fantasy story with my mermaid OC that I started making back when I was in middle school. I've used her character to help me through tough times and I am revisiting her. I want to make sure I have a place to remember her story, and make it a happier one than before.

She's crazy, of course, or at least I believe she is, until she shows me evidence that such a city just might exist. As we dive farther into the deep in a desperate attempt to find something, and someone, I come to wonder: If Atlantis is real, what are we to expect? Is there more to this than we know? And if the person with me being completely true about her intentions on finding this city? It's an adventure I didn't sign up for, but quickly find myself in. Their golden eyes glimmer when they see their prey. They will savor it until nothing is left. Werewolves are indeed beautiful with a beast's heart when it comes to their target.
