Percy Jackson and the Olympians
They tried. They really did try. But in the end, nothing can stop an epidemic, and now the tables have turned. The Academy is in shambles. Serenity was lost and without her powerful counterbalance, Chaos sees himself fit to rule again. Earth has it easy, we were hit by WIPER as soon as this all started. We have no hope and no future, and for that reason we might have the slightest chance of salvation. Things are pretty tight down here. Everything demigods fought for, every scrap of understanding, was lost when the gods died. So now we fight, because the plague is here. And they think we've caused it. Everyone needs a scapegoat, and for the world, that scapegoat is the revolution. [crossover of This is War by @shadowsleek and Like Poison by @phnxrvnge ] (credits to @fadeawayx)

Percy Jackson is tired. Tired of the frivolous battles. Tired of all the quests. Tired from the countless deaths. But when something devastating hits home, he knows he's tired of another thing: the entire Greek world. And when two voices appear, he thinks he's going insane. But, of course, he can't take the simple way out. In comes Poseidon, giving him a chance to heal. He happily takes it, expecting no more drama in his life . . . But with a city flooded with duplicitous citizens, assassination attempts, and a world-ending prophecy, can he really find peace?
