New York City 1935. The masked vigilante known as 'Spider-Man' hasn't been seen in over 6 months. Crime is down, super-villains have disappeared, all is well. Until a new fresh batch of monsters appear: The Rhino, The Scorpion, Vermin, all working for a mysterious mob boss known as 'The Lizard' who is waging war against crime boss 'The Kingpin'. However, amongst all these problems comes the arrival of what the Nazi's call: 'the Jewish Vampire' named Morbius who tries to find his identity while being hunted by a brutish mercenary called 'Venom' who has looks very similar to everyone's favorite wall-crawler.
