Kid took over the DWMA after they graduated, and became an immortal shinigami. Liz and Patty took over Spirit's job, and Tsubaki and Crona became teachers. Kid still holds onto his feelings for Soul, Tsubaki still feels the same way about Black Star, and Crona slowly started turning into his old self, not knowing how to handle anything, without Maka there, when he realized how he felt.
