Mature
Everything in sixteen-year-old Laine Caverly's life isn't as dreadful as it seems. She's fatally ill, incredibly sociably awkward, and her parents question her status as a teenager. Still, she's normal. But once Laine's best friend is found dead in her driveway, she discovers nothing in her small Alaskan town is as innocuous as it seems. Children are going missing and they're reported as dead when the bodies can't be recovered. Just when things are starting to look normal again, Laine's dead best friend shows up on her doorstep, but she isn't herself.
If Laine can discover what's happened to her friend, she may be able to put an end to the disappearances once and for all.

The Moon Lore

6 parts Complete

***COMPLETED*** Returning to her family's eerie hometown Lorelai's main focus was to enjoy the Halloween's magic, just like her grandma used to tell her. She wanted to see it all, live it all. But that was not it, she did not expect she'd come across something...someone that'll pique all her curiosity, she craved answers. Answers to her strange dreams. When she finds herself caught up in the town's sinister, moonlit rituals, she meets him- a stranger whose emerald eyes feel more familiar than her own reflection. Haunted by memories that aren't hers, and drawn to the stranger by an unexplainable force, Lorelai soon learns about the things binding them. A Lore her grandmother told her to entertain her with the thrill of darkness turned to be more than just a lore. The curiosity gets the best of her as dark figures emerge from the shadows, she learns her past and future are intertwined with his in a twisted way that defies time, sanity, and even death. As danger closes in and forbidden memories resurfaces the main question emerges, was the curse a blessing in disguise, a way to bring them closer, a way of universe pushing them together forever or will it destroy them and tear them to their cursed deaths?
