In a secluded woodland area lies an academy which hosts a set of people or young adults rather who possess certain psychic abilities and/or elemental manipulations. Every 50 years, someone is chosen to become the King or Queen of the Gifted Ones. This person is called an Electi. It is now the 50th year and a twelve year old is chosen. Aeja Cyzek cares nil about monarchy or the Electi. All she wishes to do is to be carefree with no responsibilities. You can imagine her horror when she is deemed a guardian of the Electi after the Dark Clan(set of gifted ones who use their powers for evil) raided the institution where the Electi was. Now Aeja has to buckle up and realize she has responsibilities. She needs to protect the Electi. While on the run with the Electi,her mentor and her two best friends Leilani and Cade,she is faced with a lot of challenges but her deepest challenge lies within her self,her fears, her past.
