Things are going well between Elena and Robb until Bran is pushed from the tower he was climbing by the Lannisters. Then Robb plans to attack the Lannisters and sends Elena to King's Landing with Arya and Sansa. Soon no-one is safe and it becomes a fight for life. Because when you play the game of thrones you either win or you die. There is no middle ground.
