Imagine living in a perfect world with no violence, no pain, and no corruption. Everything around you is structured and best suited for the needs of the entire community. Everyone is content. All you have come to know is peace and order.

What if I told you that behind the utopian guise, this place is actually your worst nightmare?

All you have previously known is a lie... including what you really are. The worst part is: you can't escape it.

Eighteen year old Ko'Ida has lived in the perfect city of Sholahn her entire life, and has no reason to question the beloved system the Officiator has put in place, until curiosity grips her. This choice changes her life completely, and in a way no one could have expected.
What is the truth about Sholahn? What is the real nature of choice?

Emmy's life is going just as she'd planned: She's living in her own apartment, dancing every day and is just leaps away from being named her company's next Prima ballerina. And she's only 17. But all of Emmy's plans come to a screeching halt when the FBI shows up at her door to let her know that she's being stalked by a serial killer. Suddenly, the safe, insulated world she created for herself is riddled with violence, fear...and a growing pile of dead bodies. At first Emmy wants nothing more than to forget her chilling new reality - but her admirer isn't finished with her yet, and before she knows it, Emmy's stuck in a nightmare she can't dance her way out of.
