(Previously He's Getting To Me) Alice Grit and Aliyah Mett; two teenage girls who fled their hometown to Seattle, Washington so they can start a new life, but yet to find out that their old childhood friend is there. Nathan Graham. Bad boy. After being reunited, Alice, Aliyah, and Nathan start their own little clique and slowly take people in, ranging from mental illness, body dysphoria, and even coming out of the closet. As their clique grows, the three realize that the only thing that can get rid of bad thoughts is good people. Told from many different perspectives of breaking/broken teens, 'Hoping for Something' captures what it's like to want to stay young forever yet at the same time want things to be over. It really is a ride you cannot miss out on, or you'll regret it. #StopRomanticising "We're broken people." -Twenty One Pilots © All Rights Reserved 2016 Chandler Wilmond

"Damn it, Mason, you can't fix me. I'm not some used car that needs an oil change." I'm standing at the edge of my driveway. If I take one step towards that house, then I go back to my life. The life I've had since Mason left. Since he abandoned me. If I turn around. If I take one second to look into his eyes. I don't think I'll be able to resist throwing myself in his arms. "I'm shattered, Mason. Like a dusty vase that's been ignored for too long." "You know the best thing about broken vases, Mel? You just need three things to make them whole." I decide to go along with his speech. "Faith, trust, and pixie dust?" I muse. "Tape, glue, and someone willing to fix it. And I'm right here, Mel."
