
One time I went and saw a therapist and she told me that a good method of realizing feelings was to write down what you felt. I started to write stuff randomly when I was mad, sad, even happy. I have them written down on paper but my story, or should I say feelings, is for me to have an extra safe keeping. Maybe this will help someone? Maybe someone will relate?
