One time I went and saw a therapist and she told me that a good method of realizing feelings was to write down what you felt. I started to write stuff randomly when I was mad, sad, even happy. I have them written down on paper but my story, or should I say feelings, is for me to have an extra safe keeping. Maybe this will help someone? Maybe someone will relate? Maybe no one will read this and that's ok too. So, here's my feeling all the way from 7th grade to now.
