Kris and her three older brothers grow up with no parents or family in space on the unknown planet of Evanescence. Every day to day the chainers are sent out to explore space to try and find other life forms. When they come back, they are brainwashed from the past day. The day finally comes when Kris is sent out with another 17 year old boy named Kyle and they have to survive in the outside world.
