Hi everyone! This is pretty much going to be my diary. I'm going to vent, babble and go on and on about stuff that doesn't really matter to anyone else but me. If you want to read my thoughts, go ahead. If you don't, I won't be offended. I'm just a girl struggling with depression and anxiety and I thought that this would be a great place to write down my thoughts. Dear whatever, Or is it whoever? I don't know, I'm not a writer anyways. Hi, I'm Arielle, but please call me A, I'm sick of hearing my name, or anyname actually, it just bothers me that I'm not actually as special as they'd want me to believe. Who's they? This is a daily updated journal/diary thing that started in January of 2018 and has not ended yet. There will be a part two to this book, because I've found writing in this book so relaxing and helpful when it comes to my mental health. • • • Sometimes I feel trapped. Like I can't tell people how I truly feel because they won't understand. This book is more for me than it is anyone else. I hope you get enjoyment out of it, but honestly, it's an outlet for me to express myself. I'm done keeping my emotions trapped inside myself. I'm truly done with that. If you want to read my emotions and my day to day life, go ahead. If your easily offended by my opinions I would suggest not reading this, because it's practically made for my opinions to be shared. If you hate me, read at your own risk, because this is me being my true self. Some things might not be good to read for those who are struggling with mental illnesses because I do describe my own experience with mental illness and describe horrible thoughts, so it might trigger you. Warning: I am a weirdo. This will contain some thoughts of mine, some poems, some deep shit, some thoughts I have as I go through the journey of self-exploration, lmao. Some chapters may be seen as too controversial but whatever you know. I mean, reading this is your choice. You don't have to. I mean, I'd like you all to read every chapter but it's not a story book so you may skip some chapters you don't like and read the ones that you do like. P.S. I do not deny that my thoughts are somewhat influenced by my environment and experiences. Also, this is the real me. As the title states, this book is me ranting/venting. Specifically about the less than pleasant parts of my life!!! So please, don't take any of this that seriously. (I'm writing these when I'm either crying, or pissed) Disclaimer; Please don't think I'm trying to say I have a terrible life, this book just highlights some of the terrible moments in my life. If you know me IRL PLEASE DON'T READ THIS!! I understand that I may mention you and you may want to know what I've written but I will talk to you about everyone of these problems when I deem necessary. Lol every-time I look at this book, I feel like this is just a collection of A/N's on a bunch of gut-wrenching stories like "so sorry it took so long to post, I'm in hospital, I got hit by a car."
