Nathan Henry has come a long way from the impoverished environment in which he was raised. 5 years in the US Navy have given him a respectable title, means of his own, and the ability to make any man tremble in his presence. Having very little family and being awfully poor has taught Nathan to cherish and protect the little he has with all his might. Under some frustrating circumstances, he finds himself a prisoner of a beautiful woman. Gabrielle Vertuccio, has had enough of men trying to win her heart and more importantly, her virginity. Self respect was taught to her by her father and her large Italian familia. She knows how sailors are and that to a sailor a woman is a dime a dozen, so she is not interested.
